一种发酵茶饮料,据信起源于中国,已有 2000 多年的饮用历史。
SCOBY、发酵器皿,一种双重共存的微生物。
康普茶是通过将酵母和细菌培养物添加到红茶或绿茶、糖,有时还添加其他调味品或果汁的混合物中制成的。将茶和糖混合,然后在 SCOBY(细菌和酵母的共生培养物)的帮助下变成康普茶。这种活细菌为发酵过程奠定了基础,这就是康普茶微妙的泡腾和酸味的原因。

Process of Getting SCOBY
During the fermentation, the yeast will consume the sugar given, then converts them into ethanol. These ethanol will be consumed by the bacteria, thus producing healthy compounds. Finally, a layer of SCOBY is formed during the process.
